Orders

Each order is legally valid in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations and will be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt. Exceptions: Sundays and public holidays.
The company has the right to refuse an order without giving a reason.

Special Orders

Items that we do not carry in the standard assortment will be confirmed with an order confirmation and ordered for you after receipt of payment by our suppliers, exchange and return are excluded. The delivery date is usually about 4 - 6 weeks.

For each order, a binding order confirmation will be sent by e-mail, payable immediately after receipt of the AB to the postal account.

Deliveries and Shipping Switzerland

We are always looking for the cheapest shipping method for you:

Small parts will be sent by post after receipt of payment, from Fr. 9.70 per package
We deliver inexpensively directly to your home / on-board edge, unloading assistance by customer is required.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that access is guaranteed for a car!!!
Unloading delays will be charged to the customer with Fr. 12.50 per 1/4 hour or part thereof.
For second deliveries, Fr. 2.-/ km and Fr. 45.- will be charged for the driver.

Deliveries in German-speaking Switzerland according to the offer in the shop (click on delivery), at least Fr. 64.80. Graubünden from Chur, Western Switzerland to Fribourg, Valais and Ticino on request.

Assembly

We assemble at reasonable flat rates (Switzerland only). Please contact us for a non-binding offer.

Please direct bank transfers to our postal account no. 15-472139-8, CH73 0900 0000 1547 2139 8, payable to LifeRoom GmbH, Neuhofstrasse 5, 8630 Rüti.

Payment in advance: Partial payments are possible on request. Minimum 50% prepayment with order. Last instalment before delivery. Payment also possible in cash.

Invoice with instalment facility (POWERPAY): The invoice will be sent by e-mail. Payment term is 14 days by mail and after this term an invoice will be sent by mail (payment term 30 days and a small fee of 2.90 CHF).

You have the option of paying the outstanding amount either in full or in instalments.

In the case of partial payment, interest will be charged on the outstanding amount. In the following month you will receive an invoice with all outstanding amounts. The invoice costs CHF 2.90 each time.

The annual interest rate is 14.9%, i.e. 1.24% per month on the outstanding amount.

However, you can pay the outstanding amount in full every month. As soon as the outstanding amount has been paid, no more fees will be charged.

You decide for how long and in how many instalments the amount is to be paid.

Please note that Powerpay carries out a higher creditworthiness check for amounts over CHF 1000.
